X-Plane Traffic Global B1900 Pacific Coastal (BE1) 1.0. This file takes care of the missing 25 Pacific Coastal flights around British Columbia etc. Extract the livery, and place in Traffic Global's 'BE1' folder. The left underwing has, in common with all BE1 liveries, a fault because the designer has mapped at least part of the tail onto the wing. I've had exactly the same message when installing X-Plane 11 beta. The install seems so have gone okay (after a few internet interruptions) but the application will not run because X-Plane cannot open the graphics interface file. I have moved nothing out of the installation folder. I have a purchased copy of X-Plane 11. X-plane 11 Basics - Scenery Installation, Uninstallation, Disabling and Scenery Order. This is a new series of X-plane 11 basics - stay tuned for more epis. When X-Plane has loaded up your airport and you see the scenery, close X-Plane again cleanly (this makes sure, that really everything has been written to the Log.txt). Now open a file browser, go to the root directory where X-Plane is installed and open the file Log.txt (thats where X-Plane logs everything good or bad). This is the official brand new version of FlyWithLua NG for X-Plane 11, and, the same as for the previous version, it will no longer support X-Plane 10 or X-Plane 9. All X-Plane 9 users (are there any out there?) must stay at FlyWithLua 2.4.x and follow the instructions to convert FlyWithLua 2.4.x into X-Plane 9 mode.
Now you might get to the point where you will have either a FSUIPC Offset that is not supported by XPUIPC or you want to control or access something in X-Plane where you cannot find a FSUIPC offset for.
Fortunately, the author of XPUIPC has done a great job and provides us with a possibility to extend the built-in Offsets and Values with your custom ones. Actually it seems to me that any DataRef or any Command that is provided by X-Plane default aircraft or 3rd party addons can be mapped to a FSUIPC Offset and controlled by MobiFlight. THAT IS AWESOME!!!
XPUIPCOffsets.cfg - Your tool for customization.
Custom Offsets can be configured in a special config file that is part of the plugin. The file is called XPUIPCOffsets.cfg and resides inside of the XPUIPC Plugin folder: [X-Plane Directory]resourcespluginsXPUIPC.

When I first had a look at it I assumed that the entire set of supported Offsets is configured in there, but this is not the case. In fact a lot of Offsets have to be built-in and the config file only illustrates how they could be defined using the syntax that is available. Why I think that? Because a lot of Offsets just work without being defined in the file.

If you would like to create your custom configuration you just have to edit the config file and you will have to follow the syntax that XPUIPC supports. The config file itself explains the different options. It might be a little overwhelming in the beginning but take the time and read it a couple of times and you will understand how it works.

Basic Syntax with Examples
There is a nice tutorial that slammer88 has provided on the forums: https://www.mobiflight.com/forum/topic/2926.html
It explains how the syntax of how to read and write a DataRef and also how to trigger a command.
